Good. But wont consider returning.

Location is nice

Bare minimum breakfast. Just bread and butter. No change for every single day. The water dispenser is out of order. An adaptor for an international cellphone charger is not free it will cost you 6 SGD. Wifi is slow.

Breakfast is simple - toasted bread with butter and jam, so temper your expectations. Location is something extremely convenient, close to both Clarke Quay MRT and Raffles Place MRT, nearby convenience stores, and restaurants and bars.

The towel is considered vital, it's checked during check out and should be disposed of only after you finish your stay. The front desk looked at me weird as though I had done something wrong when asking for a 2nd towel. Plus, there's hardly dedicated space to dry the towel properly for subsequent use. Room is okay, tall people should be ready to sleep diagonally to improve comfort.

Good location for restaurants. other guests kept quiet so was not disturbed when trying to sleep.

The cabins are quite small. I'm 6ft and struggled to get comfortable in the bed. The bag storage area is away from the rooms which is quite annoying. The showers were not overly clean and had insects in the shower rooms.

Didn't allow water in my pod, shoes were allowed in the pod rooms. Better if they provide slippers and leave shoes in the lockers.

Very small room , highly overpriced

The only three things good about this hostel are it's great location, clean showers and toilets on the 1 St floor ( second floor as per Singapore) and 24 hrs fresh water supply and manned reception for 24 hrs otherwise this hostel is a disaster. The Booking.com needs to launch independent surveys of all the hotels they promote as many hotels in Singapore and Pattaya sell a lot of lies.

The rooms in the capsule will remind you of illegal immigrants hiding in basements and you pay more than 35-50 GBP or 60-70 USD for a capsule that is less than 4 ft high, less than 7 ft wide ( double room). The photos uploaded in booking.com won't reflect how to tiny the rooms are. Even in London they won't charge that much. There is no place to change except in toilets. They got a good luggage storage facilities but the table there is often packed with wet bedsheets. The ground floor entrance is half blocked by water filters The breakfast is the worst I found so far after traveling 22 countries, serves only white breads and powered coffee and milk mixed. Surprisingly, they won't serve even liquid milk for coffee and tea. However, lack of liquid milk supply is a problem in many Singapore central area hotels and shops The staff were mostly cold, unhelpful and arely smile. We struggled with taxi booking for 20 mins and the staff simpled watched and sit. They are very strict with check out time and tell it very rudely Howeve, such unfriendly behaviour of the staff is a problem with most of Singapore be it in shops, hotels and food outlets. Most shop staff won't smile or help spontaneously Overall, if you travel with a mindset of western Europe or even an Indian sense of hospitality in this hotel or many other places you would be disappointed. I uploaded pictures to back my claims up. I showed pics to show the size of doors and tiny rooms

Great location

The location was great - close to buses and different train stations. Walking distance to china town.

The bathrooms were dirty & mouldy. They need to be cleaned properly rather than just hosed down each day.

Fantastic location and wifi.

Fantastic location and very helpful staff. Also Wifi was great.

We had the family suite and the rooms were tiny. Suitcases had to be stored in the hallway. Shower needed a clean and a lot of walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint.
